Complaints against platforms

Published cases distinguish a user’s account of events, supporting evidence and any reply received from the platform. We cannot compel a response or recover funds.

Cases are published with the amount and the timeline, never with your name. Every platform card shows its own case count and resolution rate.

How a case moves

  1. Filed

You submit the case with evidence and verify your email.

  2. Checked

We confirm the account, the amount and the timeline before publishing.

  3. Forwarded

The platform’s verified representative is notified and given 14 days.

  4. Answered

Their reply is published under your case, unedited.

  5. Closed

Resolved or unresolved — both outcomes stay on the record.

No cases have been published yet. A filing appears here only after we have confirmed the account, the amount and the timeline; until then it stays with the moderation desk.

Contact support

Online complaint submissions are temporarily closed. You can email a brief description of your issue to bestpredictionmarkets@proton.me.

Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, identity documents or payment-card details. An email does not automatically create a public case.

Resolution rate by platform

No cases have been forwarded to a platform yet, so there is nothing to rate.

Rate = cases closed in the user’s favour or by agreement, out of all cases we forwarded to that platform.

We are not a regulator, an ombudsman or a law firm, and we cannot compel anyone to pay. Check the platform’s official complaints procedure and the relevant regulator’s guidance for your situation.
