Insight Prediction review
Prediction market funded by crypto and stablecoin deposits, converted to dollars
Our verdict
The only venue on this site that asks you to waive your right to complain to a regulator, and it appears to have no markets. Insight’s terms extract an unusual concession: you agree to accept resolutions as final and “to waive your right to sue over how market resolution decisions are made, or to file any whistleblower related claim to any government agency”, alongside a right to void a bet at sole discretion. It also holds sole discretion over when markets resolve, warns that the stated end date is subject to change, and settles sports edge cases against its own quotes — “we will resolve the market at an average of our sport’s bots trades”. One practice here is genuinely better than the pool average: a contested resolution gets a published draft explaining the reasoning, with community feedback invited before it is finalised. Balance that against the rest. Deposits arrive as crypto and are converted to a dollar balance on Insight’s own books, with no chain or contract named anywhere, and the footer’s links to terms, FAQ, privacy and about returned 404 to us. Most decisively: the markets page loads without a login and reports that there are no markets to display.
Pros and cons
What works
- A contested resolution gets a published draft explaining the reasoning, with community feedback invited first
- The markets page loads without a login, so what exists can be checked without an account
- Crypto deposits are converted to dollars with no additional fees, per its own description
- Publishes its resolution reasoning before finalising, which almost no venue on this site does
What doesn’t
- The terms ask you to waive your right to sue over resolutions and to file a whistleblower claim with any government agency
- Sole discretion over when markets resolve, with the stated end date “subject to change”
- Sports edge cases settle against the venue’s own bots’ trades
- The footer links to Terms, FAQ, Privacy and About; five such paths returned HTTP 404
- Balances are dollar entries on Insight’s own books, with no chain or contract named anywhere
- The markets page reports there are no markets to display
Prices and liquidity
We do not currently publish live quotes for Insight Prediction. Check the platform’s order book before placing an order: the last trade can differ from the price available for your position size.
How to assess liquidity and spreads →What Insight Prediction is
Insight’s own home page describes a prediction market where users take positions on real-world events, and states that users “Deposit funds in the form of crypto currency or stable-coins”, which Insight converts “to dollars with no additional fees”.
That conversion is why this record is classified as custodial rather than crypto: the deposit rail is crypto, but the balance that results is a dollar balance on Insight’s own books. No blockchain, smart contract or on-chain settlement is named anywhere on the site. Your position is an entry in the venue’s ledger, with the ordinary counterparty exposure that implies.
No licence, registration, operating entity or jurisdiction is stated on any page we could read. On a custodial venue that is a larger gap than it is on an on-chain one: there is no contract holding your balance and no chain to inspect, so the only thing standing behind the money is a company whose name is not published.
The documents exist in name only
The site’s own footer links to Terms and Conditions, FAQ, Privacy Policy and About Us. Five such paths returned HTTP 404 to our fetcher on 28 August 2026 — the links are there, and the documents behind them are not.
A footer linking to documents that are not there is worse than a footer with no links, because it reads as diligence. The result is that nearly everything a reader would want is unverified: the operating entity, its jurisdiction, any licence, all fees, the minimum deposit, withdrawal terms, whether identity verification is required, restricted countries, and even the launch year.
Some terms were readable elsewhere on the site, and those are quoted below. They are the reason this venue is not rated at the floor on resolution — and also the reason the rating is as low as it is.
One practice better than the pool, and one much worse
The better one is real and worth crediting: a contested resolution gets a published rationale and a consultation. “We will typically write a draft resolution clearly explaining our thinking. Then, we will solicit feedback from the community.” Very few venues on this site publish their reasoning before finalising a contested outcome, and fewer still invite argument about it first.
The worse one is a term we have not seen anywhere else. Insight’s terms state: “You agree to accept the decisions made to resolve markets as final, and you agree to waive your right to sue over how market resolution decisions are made, or to file any whistleblower related claim to any government agency.” Asking a customer to give up recourse to a regulator is a term worth reading twice, and then reading again.
Alongside it sit the ordinary discretion clauses: Insight “maintains sole discretion over when markets resolve” and warns that the stated end date is subject to change; sports edge cases settle against the venue’s own quotes — “we will resolve the market at an average of our sport’s bots trades”; “we cannot and will not reverse past trades”; and a bet may be voided “at our sole discretion”.
There are no markets
More materially than any of the above: the markets page loads without a login and reports “There are no markets for this category to display”. We did not have to guess at this or infer it from low volume figures — the venue’s own page says it, to anyone who opens it.
That is why the per-market criteria could not be checked — not because they are hidden, but because there is nothing to check. A venue with no markets is not a venue a reader can use, whatever its terms say.
This is a dated observation and we would rather update it than leave it standing if it is wrong. If markets have returned, tell us and we will re-read the site and say so with the date.
User reviews
We have no approved reviews for Insight Prediction. Every submission is read by a moderator before it appears, and none has passed for this platform. The User Score is not published below 3 reviews, so nothing is averaged here either — the Editor Score above is measured against our own criteria and does not depend on it.

Insight Prediction FAQ
- What does Insight Prediction ask you to waive?
- Its terms state: “You agree to accept the decisions made to resolve markets as final, and you agree to waive your right to sue over how market resolution decisions are made, or to file any whistleblower related claim to any government agency.” Asking a customer to give up recourse to a regulator is a term we have not seen on any other venue on this site. Alongside it sit sole discretion over when markets resolve, a right to void a bet at sole discretion, and a statement that past trades cannot be reversed.
- Does Insight Prediction have markets?
- Not when we looked. The markets page loads without a login and reports “There are no markets for this category to display”, which is why per-market criteria could not be checked — there is nothing to check. The footer’s links to Terms, FAQ, Privacy and About returned HTTP 404 to our fetcher as well. This is a dated observation; if markets have returned, tell us and we will re-read the site and say so with the date.
