Wallet-based, non-custodial. Trading is barred for Restricted Jurisdictions: "Iran, North Korea ..., Myanmar, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions" by the US, EU, UN or others; restricted users may only view the Information Interface. VPN use prohibited.

What fees does Rain charge?

ToS fee structure on total market volume: 1.2% market creator, 1.2% liquidity providers, 0.1% resolver, 2.5% protocol (RAIN buyback and burn), "Total Standard Fees: 5.0% of Market volume", plus a $1 AI-oracle fee on public markets. Disputes require collateral of 0.1% of volume or $1,000, whichever is less.

The Rain Platform is provided by Token Factory, "a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama"; the RAIN token issuer is Rain Foundation (Panama), which filed a MiCA crypto-asset white paper that "has not been approved" by any EU authority (https://www.rain.one/terms; https://whitepaper.rain.one/).
