Where is OG available?

Location: the help centre says “OG.com is currently available in all U.S. states”, but “certain event contracts … may be unavailable in certain U.S. states”. It does not say which contracts or states. The App Store listing also says “Available in all 50 US states”.

Some features are limited by jurisdiction: Alpha is only “available in regions where sports trading is permitted”, Combo availability “may vary by jurisdiction”, and New York residents cannot use Mesh crypto deposits. New York has its own help articles. Age: none of the documents we read state a minimum age. The NADEX Rulebook says the age is “as stated on the Membership Agreement”, which we did not find.

The App Store rates the app 17+. Outside the US, OG says it is “currently available only in certain locations” and names no countries.

What fees does OG charge?

US (including New York), most markets including sports and politics: taker fee “0.07 × C × P × (1 − P)” and maker fee “0.0175 × C × P × (1 − P)”, where C is the number of contracts and P is the price. At 50¢ that is about 1.75¢ (taker) or 0.44¢ (maker) per contract.

Crypto, FX, commodities and equity-index contracts cost a flat $0.02 per contract to open or close. Settlement fees are waived. Outside the US, all markets cost $0.02 per contract. OG charges nothing to deposit by ACH, wire, debit card, PayPal, linked bank account or Mesh crypto-to-cash. Your bank, card issuer or network may still charge. ACH and debit-card withdrawals are free.

RTP instant withdrawals cost 1.5%. No single percentage is given for maker or taker fees because they vary with price.

These are document checks, not a funded-account test. Access may depend on residence, physical location, account approval and the contract category. Check the operator’s current terms before depositing.

Is OG regulated?

Exchange: the CFTC’s DCM register lists “North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. d/b/a Crytpo.com” (CFTC’s spelling), “Status: Designated”, date 2004-02-18. The register says the DCM was designated as HedgeStreet in 2004, renamed NADEX in 2009, bought by Foris DAX Markets in March 2022, and its order was amended on 30 Sep 2025 to allow margined futures (cftc.gov TradingOrganizations/34536, read 1 Oct 2026).

Clearing: the CFTC’s DCO register lists “NADEX d/b/a Crypto.com Derivatives North America”, “Status: Registered”, date 2004-02-18 (cftc.gov ClearingOrganizations/38, read 1 Oct 2026). Who runs the app: OG’s Retail Terms and the NADEX Rulebook (dated May 20, 2026) say NADEX “operates two brands for its CFTC-regulated business”, Crypto.com | Derivatives North America and OG.com (“OG Prediction Markets”).

OG is therefore a NADEX brand, not a separate exchange (og.com/rules documents, read 1 Oct 2026). The help centre says US contracts are “offered by North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc (NADEX) which does business as OG.com Prediction Markets” (help.og.com, read 1 Oct 2026). Crypto.com’s 3 Feb 2026 launch release calls CDNA “a CFTC-registered exchange and clearinghouse and affiliate of Crypto.com” and calls OG “a Crypto.com company”.

The App Store seller is OG Markets Limited (read 1 Oct 2026). Outside the US: og.com’s footer says Foris Capital MU Limited is regulated by the Financial Services Commission Mauritius under licence GB22200345. The help centre says that company is connected to a CFTC-registered FCM, which connects to NADEX (read 1 Oct 2026). NFA BASIC could not be read, so the FCM was not identified.

What is the minimum deposit on OG?

$1, as stated in OG’s published terms. This is the documented figure, not one we have confirmed with a funded account.

Does OG require identity verification (KYC)?

Yes. At sign-up (US): email and phone codes, then full name, date of birth and last four digits of the SSN. OG may also ask for a state-issued ID and a selfie. Trading starts after “Verification Approved”. If your details match an existing Crypto.com account, you log in with it and its identity check “carries over”.

More checks can be triggered, for example by “$10,000 or more in combined deposits within 24 hours” across OG.com and Crypto.com. Outside the US: a government-issued ID and a selfie.

Does OG have a mobile app?

Yes. OG has apps for iOS and Android.

What can you trade on OG?

Event contracts on sports, politics, economics, entertainment, crypto and other events. Individual markets open and close, so check the live list before depositing.
