Prediction markets in Germany

Of the 23 platforms we review, 6 are open to residents of Germany, 4 with restrictions and 5 exclude them. For 8 the published terms do not say either way.

Online gambling is overseen by the GGL, the joint gambling authority of the federal states, and financial products by BaFin. EU-wide restrictions in some platforms’ terms also cover Germany.

Each line reports what the platform’s own terms say, with the source we read and when. It is not legal advice, and a platform can still refuse an individual account. Last checked 26 Sept 2026.
