Prediction markets in Spain
Of the 23 platforms we review, 8 are open to residents of Spain, 2 with restrictions and 5 exclude them. For 8 the published terms do not say either way.
Online gambling is licensed by the DGOJ and financial products are supervised by the CNMV. Some platforms restrict the whole EU or EEA, which includes Spain.

Spain is not on the Member Agreement's Restricted Jurisdictions list, and the help centre says you can trade on Kalshi from many countries outside the US. International users fund with debit card, wire or crypto only (no ACH, PayPal or Venmo). Still subject to the agreement's general applicable-law clause.
